First Residential Brokerage is proud to announce our “First Green Buildings” initiative. As we move towards sustainable development, there are many factors that are considered when it comes to being environmentally friendly or “eco friendly”. FRB is proud to announce our membership in the USGBC. The U.S. Green Building Council is the nation’s foremost coalition of leaders from every sector of the building industry working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work. Our agents and management at FRB have taken the initiative to become one of the first New York Real Estate Brokers who acknowledge the necessity to promote “green housing” with our tenants, buyers and sellers. We are also working to assist landlords and developers with any information that we might have that can help them to maintain “green” initiatives in their projects and buildings.
